Frequently Asked Questions

Q: After placing my order, how long will it take for delivery?
A: 1 - 2 weekdays from moment it is shipped.
Q: Can delivery be guaranteed to arrive on a certain day and time?
A: Usually, delivery commitment depends on the zip code destination. Boxes can sometimes be delayed in California due to agricultural inspection policies. FedEx delivers between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. You can request priority service for an extra fee if your order needs to arrive before noon.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes. Shipping charges are higher. We prefer to ship at the beginning of the week to avoid Customs delays. We must have a phone number of the recipient and someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time.
Q: How long will the flowers last?
A: Tropicals normally last 5 - 7 days. Protea last for 10 - 14 days.
Q: Are the flowers arranged?
A: Our Aloha Protea Baskets are arranged and ready for display. Our Gift Box assortments contain loose flowers and greenery that you arrange in your own vase.
Q: Are care instructions included?
A: Yes. And, each box contains a color brochure featuring photos of flowers arranged in vases.
Q: Can I choose the colors of the flowers I order?
A: Usually, depending on seasonal availability.
Q: Can I substitute or add extra flowers to my order?
A: Most probably. However, this will involve cost increases.
Q: What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
A: FedEx will leave the box if you wish, or it can be left with a neighbor or business located on the same block. If you do not want the box to be left, FedEx will attempt delivery twice (2) and then leave a note requesting the recipient to call their office. It is best to avoid this delay by authorizing FedEx to leave the box at the recipient's address (this may be done on our order form).
